Brooklyn Guide
At Service Projects, we love the thrill of discovering new cities around the world. Whether it's the eclectic energy of Tokyo or the historic charm of Paris, we relish the opportunity to immerse ourselves in different cultures and explore their unique offerings. From local cuisine to hidden gems, we believe that every city has something special to offer. While many metropolitan cities may have countless places to explore, we firmly believe that a few carefully selected recommendations can make all the difference to the intrepid traveler. That's why we've created this guide - to share our curated selection of coffee spots, restaurants, hotels and unique offerings from each city to share with you.
The initial idea for what eventually became Service Projects was born while living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. As a result, the borough of Brooklyn holds immense significance for us, and that's precisely why we've chosen it as the location for our first guide.
Brooklyn is a diverse and eclectic borough that offers something for everyone. From great restaurants and cafes to cultural attractions, there's always something new and exciting to discover. Whether you're looking to indulge in delicious cuisine, explore local galleries and museums, or simply soak up the vibrant energy of the city, Brooklyn is sure to leave a lasting impression.

This great place has a coffee bar in the front, and a restaurant in the back. They are equally great at their thing. It’s definitely a great hangout spot in Williamsburg - Make sure to get a sunspot outside. And by the way - They might have a contender for the best Negroni in all of Brooklyn.
Fun fact: Service Projects' early groundwork was mostly carried out in this very café

It’s a Service favorite to go to Leo during the weekend mornings. They might have the best bagels in the city, but they are only up for grabs during weekends. Come early, or they  might be sold out!

No complete guide without this iconic steakhouse. Peter Luger has been around since 1887. It’s a traditional steakhouse, but they are an institution for a reason.

 Park spots

McCarren Park
This Williamsburg park hosts a weekend food market with fresh produce, sourdough bread, and flower shops. It also has sports facilities including a track.

Prospect Park
This great hangout spot offers excellent biking and running routes in addition to its many other amenities.

Next to Domino Park
Domino Park offers a great view of Manhatten, but actually, our favorite must be the little area next to Domino Park. It's not as crowded and the view is just as good.
